Belarus president sends Constitution Day greetings to Norway

MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to King Harald V of Norway as the country celebrates Constitution Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I am convinced that our states have a necessary potential for more productive trade and economic cooperation with a special emphasis on joint innovative projects in the manufacturing industry, agriculture, energy sector, transport and logistics,” the president remarked.

The message of greetings also reads that the continuous development of mutually beneficial and friendly Belarusian-Norwegian relations in various fields will help promote trust, enhance stability and security in Europe.

Aleksandr Lukashenko wished King Harald V of Norway health and every success in his responsible state activities. He also wished Norwegian people peace and wellbeing.
