MINSK, 11 June (BelTA) – Belarusian Premier Mikhail Myasnikovich has left for Turkmenistan on a working visit, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian head of government is expected to hold talks with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Vice Premier Babaniyaz Italmazov.
Mikhail Myasnikovich will attend the events to mark Turkmenistan’s Day of Science and speak at the international conference on science, equipment and innovation technologies. The events will feature a demonstration of an air drone developed at the Physics and Technology Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
Mikhail Myasnikovich and Babaniyaz Italmazov are expected to visit the construction sites of the Garlyk mining and processing factory and the MAZ maintenance center. The Belarusian Prime Minister is set to visit the Turkmenistan broadcasting center.
Bilateral documents in the field of trade and economy are expected to be signed during the visit of the government delegation which will last until 13 June.
