Belarus, Moldova reaffirm interest in strengthening cooperation

MINSK, 23 October (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Moldova Anatoly Kalinin met with Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Oleg Tulea, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to cooperation between Belarus and Moldova, reaffirmed the friendly and constructive nature of bilateral relations and expressed mutual interest in their further strengthening,” the ministry said.

The parties exchange opinions on the preparations for the presidential election in Moldova which are due to take place on 1 November.
