MINSK, 23 December (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with representatives of the media ahead of the Christmas and New Year celebrations on 23 December, BelTA learned from the press service of the ministry.

The meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Attending the event were representatives of the Belarusian and foreign media, the press services of the Belarusian government bodies, and think tanks.

In his address to the participants, Vladimir Makei wished all present a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, thanked them for fruitful and constructive partnership, and reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to open, mutually respectful, and trust-based cooperation.
