MINSK, 11 January (BelTA) – The agreements on visa facilitation and readmission with the EU are in the final stage of preparation, Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei told the media on 11 January, BelTA has learned.

“We are in talks with the EU over the visa facilitation and readmission agreements. These agreements are almost ready. There are just a few positions we need to discuss with our European partners,” the minister said.

According to the minister, Belarus is also in talks with China over the corresponding visa facilitation agreement.
