MINSK, 16 April (BelTA) – Cooperation between Belarus and Lithuania as part of their membership in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and the European Union (EU) respectively will be discussed during the visit of Belarus’ First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexander Mikhnevich to Lithuania, spokesman for the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dmitry Mironchik told media on 16 April, BelTA has learned.
It is expected that Alexander Mikhnevich will hold talks with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Andrius Krivas and First Deputy Chairman of the Lithuanian Seimas Vidas Gedvilas.
On 16 April the Belarusian First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs will also meet with representatives of the Confederation of Industrialists of Lithuania and the Lithuanian National Road Carriers Association Linava.
