Belarus, Lebanon identify ways to boost cooperation

MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Syria and concurrently to Lebanon Yuri Sluka presented his credentials to Lebanese President Michel Aoun, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission.

During the ceremony, the parties discussed the status and prospects for the development of the Belarusian-Lebanese relations, and the issues on the international and regional agenda.

The other day Ambassador Yuri Sluka presented the copies of his credentials to Gebran Bassil, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon. The diplomats talked over ways to intensify Belarusian-Lebanese cooperation in a number of areas.
