MINSK, 23 December (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Emperor Akihito of Japan as the country celebrates the Emperor's Birthday, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state is convinced that Belarus and Japan will continue developing productive cooperation relying on mutual trust and understanding.
