MINSK, 15 February (BelTA) – Belarus’ Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Israel to Belarus Alon Shoham on 15 February, BelTA learned from the press service of Belarus’ Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the meeting the Israel Ambassador presented the copies of his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of Belarus-Israel relations. The agenda also included the events to celebrate the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Israel in 2017.

The parties also reached an agreement to continue active cooperation in politics, economy, and culture.
