MINSK, 8 December (BelTA) – Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Iran to Belarus Saeed Yari on 8 December, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
Sergei Aleinik mentioned a substantial trade and economic potential of Belarus-Iran relations. The potential is persistently explored within the framework of the traditionally friendly interaction between the two countries.
Sergei Aleinik and Saeed Yari reaffirmed the mutual intention to bolster Belarus-Iran relations with a focus on cooperation in culture, education, and agriculture.
