Belarus interested in cooperation projects with Lebanon

MINSK, 23 November (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has sent greetings to Lebanon President Michel Aoun as the country celebrates Independence Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“I am convinced that in spite of the current circumstances involving the reduction of contacts due to epidemiological reasons, the relations between Minsk and Beirut have a significant potential. I believe that now we need objectively evaluate the results of join work and fully implement all previous agreements,” the message of greetings reads.

Aleksandr Lukashenko stressed that the Belarusian side is ready to do its best to help Lebanese friends overcome existing difficulties by supplying Belarusian products, taking part in industrial, sci-tech and humanitarian cooperation projects.
