Belarus hosts over 380,000 visa-waiver travelers

MINSK, 3 January (BelTA) – Over 386,000 foreigners have visited Belarus as part of the visa-waiver travel program, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.

Since the launch of the visa-waiver program for neighboring EU countries, Belarus has hosted 386,145 arrivals: 249,165 citizens of Lithuania, 26,896 non-citizens and 88,247citizens of Latvia, and 21,837 Polish citizens. Over the past weekend, Belarus hosted over 2,000 visa-waiver arrivals, most of them being citizens of Lithuania.
