MINSK, 31 May (BelTA) – Belarus and the European Union are in favor of preserving the plan meant to enhance regional and global security and stability. The matter was discussed as Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrei Dapkiunas met with heads of diplomatic missions of European Union member states in Belarus, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.

Taking part in the meeting in Minsk were Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Belarus Fionna Gibb, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Belarus Peter Dettmar, Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Delegation of the European Union to Belarus Jim Couzens, and First Counsellor of the Embassy of France Elsa Pignol.
