MINSK, 30 June (BelTA) – Belarus’ Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Evgeny Shestakov will travel to Latin America to discuss the development of trade and economic cooperation, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On 3-6 July Evgeny Shestakov is set to make a working visit to Havana to participate in bilateral consultations. The parties plan to address the full range of the Belarusian-Cuban relations in the political, trade, economic and other avenues and to identify further joint steps to strengthen ties and mutually beneficial cooperation with friendly Cuba.
On 7-9 July Evgeny Shestakov will travel to Brazil on a working visit to participate in the bilateral consultations on economic and trade issues. “The parties will review the current status and prospects for building up the Belarusian-Brazilian cooperation in economy and sign the documents designed to give an additional momentum to the bilateral interaction,” the press service informed.
