Belarus, Cuba review progress of joint economic, humanitarian projects

MINSK, 28 July (BelTA) – Belarus expresses its unwavering support for the fraternal Cuban people. This was noted during a meeting between Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yevgeny Shestakov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba to Belarus Santiago Perez Benitez on 28 July, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The parties discussed the implementation of joint trade, economic, and humanitarian projects.

Yevgeny Shestakov reaffirmed Minsk’s firm intention to continue active cooperation with Havana across a wide range of areas.
