Belarus committed to expanding cooperation with Kuwait

MINSK, 25 February (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to Emir of the State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the people of Kuwait as the country celebrates National Day, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The head of state reaffirmed sincere commitment to the further expansion of productive cooperation. He remarked that Kuwait is an important and reliable partner in the region of the Middle East for Belarus.

“I am convinced that by joint efforts we will be able to maximize the existing potential of bilateral cooperation development, first of all, in the political, trade, economic and investment dimensions, in the near future,” the message of greetings reads.
