MINSK, 26 May (BelTA) – The defense ministries of Belarus and China have signed an agreement on the provision of gratuitous military aid by China to Belarus, BelTA learned from the press service of the Defense Ministry.
The official visit of Belarusian Defense Minister Andrei Ravkov to the People’s Republic of China takes place on 25-29 May. Andrei Ravkov has already met with the deputy chairman of the Central Military Commission and the defense minister of China. The meetings focused on the results of joint work and the development prospects of the Belarusian-Chinese military cooperation.
The Belarusian defense minister laid a wreath at the Monument to the People’s Heroes, visited enterprises of the aerospace corporation and the 3rd Beijing Garrison Division.
