MINSK, 5 June (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Mongolia Mikhail Orda presented his credentials to President Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh of Mongolia, the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told BelTA.
During the meeting following the official ceremony, the parties praised the high level achieved in Belarus-Mongolia relations, the open and friendly nature of the interstate dialogue, and the warm, trusting relationship between the leaders of the two countries.
The ambassador and the Mongolian president discussed the development of bilateral cooperation across a wide range of areas, with a focus on the implementation of joint projects in medicine, light industry, agriculture, and mechanical engineering. In addition, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in strengthening political, economic, and humanitarian ties between Belarus and Mongolia.
