MINSK, 26 February (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the State of Israel Vladimir Skvortsov met with Speaker of the Knesset of the State of Israel Yuli-Yoel Edelstein on 25 February, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

“The Belarusian diplomat and the Knesset Speaker discussed the bilateral agenda, including ways to ease visa procedures and set up a Belarusian-Israeli agribusiness park in Belarus,” the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry informed.

The parties emphasized the importance of intensifying interparliamentary contacts, including contacts between parliamentary commissions.
