“Belarus knows and highly appreciates your constructive approach to promoting cooperation between Belarus and Afghanistan, as well as your personal contribution to the implementation of our joint projects. Your visit to Belarus in August last year became an important milestone for the bilateral relations and I am glad to have an opportunity today to review the implementation of our agreements,” Sergei Rumas noted.

Dr. Abdullah Abdullah emphasized that Afghanistan traditionally has good relations with Belarus. “We cherish very good memories of Belarus,” he added.
