Wiktorin: Belarus, EU have potential to further improve relations

MINSK, 7 December (BelTA) – Belarus and the European Union have a potential for further normalization of the relations, Head of the European Union Delegation to Belarus Andrea Wiktorin told the media on 7 December.

Andrea Wiktorin noted that recently the Belarusian-European relations have improved considerably. The exchange of visits has been intensified. Belarus has hosted a big number of EU officials. In her words, the European Union has doubled its assistance to Belarus.

The diplomat expressed confidence that there is still room for improvement. Both sides need to make efforts to fulfill the potential.
