UAE keen to strengthen relations with Belarus

MINSK, 28 June (BelTA) – The leadership of the United Arab Emirates is keen to strengthen and advance relations with Belarus, Founder & Managing Director of Emaar Properties Mohamed Alabbar told journalists following his meeting with Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko, BelTA has learned.

“In our region, relations between countries are primarily shaped by the country’s leadership and our government,” Mohamed Alabbar said. “We welcome the path chosen by the leaders of the UAE with regard to the relations with Belarus. The UAE leadership is keen to strengthen and expand the historical relations between our countries that mostly focus on cooperation in trade, economy, and investment,” he added.

The business environment in Belarus is favorable, which has a positive impact of the company’s investment activities in the county, Mohamed Alabbar stressed.
