Pakistani ambassador shares first impressions of Belarus

MINSK, 11 March (BelTA) – Belarus is a beautiful and steadily developing country, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Belarus Muhemmed Aejaz told reporters before the credentials ceremony at the Palace of Independence on 11 March.

The ambassador emphasized that he was glad to come to Belarus on a diplomatic mission. His first impressions of the country are absolutely positive. “I saw Belarus as a welcoming and beautiful country,” the diplomat said.

He believes that the potential of bilateral cooperation is far from exhausted. “There is a lot of work ahead. And we are ready to upgrade Belarus-Pakistan relations. I count on closer ties between Belarus and Pakistan,” Muhemmed Aejaz said.
