Myanmar minister: INNOPROM. Belarus showcased Belarus' industrial potential

MINSK, 2 October (BelTA) - The INNOPROM. Belarus exhibition did an excellent job of presenting Belarus' industrial potential, Myanmar's Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Wah Wah Maung said at a meeting with Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov on 2 October.

The minister emphasized that she was deeply impressed by Belarus, citing both its natural beauty and its robust economic opportunities.

She also stressed the importance of implementing all the objectives for bilateral cooperation that were outlined during high-level meetings between Belarus and Myanmar, including those between the two countries' leaders on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

Minsk played host to the second session of the joint Belarus-Myanmar committee on trade and economic cooperation on 2 October.
