Minister: Situation with coronavirus remains manageable in all Belarusian regions

MINSK, 9 April (BelTA) – The situation with coronavirus remains manageable in all the regions of Belarus, Healthcare Minister Vladimir Karanik told MPs on 9 April, BelTA has learned.

“The situation across all the regions remains under control. The seriousness of the situation varies depending on a region,” the minister informed.

The Healthcare Ministry remains alert to the possibility of new imported cases, because some Belarusian nationals are still abroad. According to the minister, yesterday new imported cases were reported in people who arrived from New Delhi and London.

At the same time, there are very few coronavirus cases among foreign nationals.
