MINSK, 30 July (BelTA) – Everything is in place in Belarus for people to protect themselves and their families from the coronavirus, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with senior local government officials to discuss topical social and political issues on 30 July, BelTA has learned.

“We have survived through one and a half years of the pandemic. Now, vaccination has taken center stage. We have created the necessary conditions for those who want to protect themselves and their families from the virus,” the president said.

“We have enough doses of the vaccine. I would like to stress that vaccination in Belarus is voluntary and will remain so,” the head of state added.
