Head of the Border Service Institute Sergei Zhilinsky noted that Chinese students are assigned to key posts upon graduation such as military attaches in various parts of the world, high-ranking positions in the army units, which guard the Chinese border. “We’ve accomplished something. Today we’ve sketched out prospects of our future cooperation. New groups of students will arrive soon,” said Sergei Zhilinsky. The discussion also touched upon various postgraduate education courses the institute would offer.
