Belarus, Turkmenistan have good foundation for cooperation

ASHGABAT, 11 October (BelTA) – Belarus and Turkmenistan have a good foundation to develop bilateral cooperation, Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with his Turkmenistan counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow in Ashgabat on 11 October, BelTA has learned.

“We have very good plans which we will implement for sure. We have laid a solid foundation of our relations. We have done a lot,” the head of state said.
 
He agreed with Turkmenistan’s leader that the peoples of the two countries are hardworking and friendly nations. “I support you in the opinion that we have a lot of plans which we must implement,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.
