Belarus’ participation in Belt and Road viewed as interesting topic for readers
MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) – The topic of Belarus’ participation in China’s Belt and Road project is interesting for readers, Xinhua reporter Wei Zhongjie told BelTA.
The Belarusian-Chinese relations have reached a level of trust-based comprehensive strategic partnership, including in part of the implementation of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s Belt and Road initiative. According to the Chinese journalist, this project is of big interest to Belarus, which is one of the most active participants of the concept.
Wei Zhongjie believes that people in Belarus and China would like to learn more about the initiative and the joint implementation of the project. The journalist believes it is this area where the Belarusian and Chinese mass media need to strengthen their information cooperation.
