WKF lifts restrictions on Belarusian athletes

MINSK, 27 May (BelTA) - The World Karate Federation (WKF) has decided to lift all restrictions on Belarusian athletes, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Sports.

Belarusian athletes in all age categories will be able to compete in official competitions held under the auspices of the WKF with their national symbols.

In May, international federations for gymnastics, modern pentathlon, boxing, volleyball, wrestling, equestrian sport, dancesport, billiards, waterskiing, Thai boxing and archery also announced the reinstatement of Belarusian athletes.
