MINSK, 5 April (BelTA) – Anastasia Mikhalenko of Belarus claimed the -69kg bronze at the Senior European Weightlifting Championships in Split, Croatia, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian lifted 95kg in the snatch phase and 130kg in the subsequent clean and jerk stage. Her combined total of 225kg brought her silver.

Anastasia Romanova of Russia took the overall European -69kg title with the total of 243kg (112kg+131kg). Silver went to Mariya Khlyan of Ukraine with 225kg (99kg+126kg).
