Shymanovich, Volynets claim WTA doubles title in Newport

MINSK, 13 July (BelTA) – Iryna Shymanovich of Belarus and Katie Volynets of the USA have won the doubles title at the 2026 Hall of Fame Open in Newport, USA, with a $225,000 prize pool, BelTA has learned.

In the final match, they defeated the American duo of Savannah Broadus and Kylie Collins in straight sets, 6-2, 7-6(6). The meeting lasted 1 hour and 27 minutes.
