Promotional video about Belarus aired by CTC International

MINSK, 21 December (BelTA) – The video clip Belarus – Country for Life is broadcast by the TV channel CTC International, which total audience exceeds 150 million people, BelTA learned from Belarusian Information Minister Lilia Ananich on 21 December.

“We will use all our possible contacts with a number of countries in order to promote this video clip on foreign channels. The interest in our country is huge. The video clip demonstrates like no other how important being a country of peace and kindness is,” said Lilia Ananich.

In her words, the idea to create the video clip is part of the huge effort meant to promote Belarus’ image. “Up till now there has been no video clip to tell people about the country by showing regular life in a regular family. Calm life in a beautiful country is the most treasured value in the life of every person. We felt in love with the video as soon as we read the script. And certainly we would love many people to watch the video,” said the Information Minister.

The professionally made video clip primarily targets tourists. But its screening during large-scale events in Belarus is fitting, too.

The production of the country’s promotional video Belarus — Country for Life has been organized by the Information Ministry. A large team of professionals was employed to make the video. The team relied on young talented specialists with a track record in the mobile industry and advertising.

The project was made by the First Cinema & Video Company in association with Smart Cinema Production.
