MINSK, 8 June (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko presented the medal of Francysk Skaryna to President of the European Olympic Committees Patrick Joseph Hickey. The head of state signed a corresponding decree on 8 June.

Patrick Joseph Hickey received this award for a big personal contribution to the development of the Belarusian Olympic movement, mass and elite sport.
