Over 60,000 tickets sold, reserved for Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk events

MINSK, 6 June (BelTA) – Over 60,000 tickets for events of the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk have been sold or reserved, BelTA learned from Alexander Sidorenko, Director of the international art festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk, Director General of the Vitebsk Culture Center, on 6 June.

According to Alexander Sidorenko, the program of the upcoming festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk will be very saturated and diverse.

“We have projects, which stay popular year after year, for instance, the Golden Hit show. It features only the best performers and the best songs. Tickets for this concert sell out like hot cakes in the first days after they are available. Concerts dedicated to composers are very popular. A jubilee concert of Alexander Morozov will take place this year as well as a gala concert Chanson TV – All Stars. The youth program Summer Rhymes is always interesting. Tickets for theater projects sell great,” said the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk director.

Residents of Vitebsk and the oblast buy a lion’s share of the tickets. The number of guests from Minsk and other parts of Belarus has been on the rise for the last few years. Viewers from Germany and Ukraine demonstrate a strong interest in the festival. Lithuania and Latvia are “pulling closer”, added the festival director.

The 27th international art festival Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk is scheduled for 12-16 July. Side events will take place on 7-11 July and 17-18 July.
