Minsk hosts Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum

MINSK, 18 September (BelTA) – The Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) is taking place in Minsk, Belarus, BelTA learned from the organizers of the event.

Lawyers from several countries have united for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts.

More than 20 highly qualified speakers from various jurisdictions will share their experience during the fourth edition of the forum. The number includes specialists from the UK, Switzerland, Sweden, and Germany. “Let’s Play Arbitration Symphony” is the slogan of this year’s forum. The key topic for discussion is Procedural Issues in International Arbitration and State Courts.

The forum has kicked off with the White & Case seminar. ICC Training is scheduled for tomorrow, 19 September.

Every year the forum gathers over 200 players of the top international lawyer league, including representatives of law firms, corporate lawyers, attorneys, judges, specialists in the area of court disputes and arbitration, and also civil servants and representatives of the academic community.
