Gerasimov reaches Cologne main draw

MINSK, 19 October (BelTA) – Belarus’ world number 85 Egor Gerasimov has reached the main draw of the tournament in Cologne, BelTA has learned.

Egor Gerasimov battled through Australia’s world number 108 Alexei Popyrin 6-2, 1-6, 6-3 in the deciding qualifying match.

In the first qualifying match the Belarusian beat Germany’s world number 1472 Oscar Moraing 6-1, 4-6, 6-4.

The main draw matches will start on 19 October and complete on 25 October.
