Belavia to evacuate Belarusians, foreigners from India

MINSK, 22 April (BelTA) – The national air carrier Belavia is preparing for an international repatriation mission to evacuate Belarusians and foreign nationals stranded in India’s Goa, BelTA learned from the website of the company.

Belavia will depart from Goa to Minsk at 18:00 local time on 25 April. The flight number is B2 9712.

Tickets can be bought only on the company’s website. A ticket costs Br1,781.58 (taxes and duties included).

Each passenger will be able to take one piece of luggage under 23kg and one carry-on bag weighing not more than 10kg.

Tickets can be purchased using a booking number that will be e-mailed by the company to each passenger included in the lists compiled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus.

Foreign nationals will have to pay for their tickets at once. However, Belarusian citizens will be offered a deferral.
