MINSK, 14 December (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has sent greetings to the personnel of the Belarusian State Music Academy which celebrates its 85^th anniversary, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The academy is by right considered the best cultural education institution. Within a long period of work unique performance, pedagogical and scientific schools have blossomed there, special traditions of work with talented youth have been developed. Among the graduates of the academy are outstanding musicians, composers and music experts,” the message of greetings reads.

The head of state remarked that the university is dynamically developing and implementing many interesting creative projects. Students of the academy successfully participate in prestigious festivals and contests, represent the country abroad, and strengthen the honor and glory of the Fatherland.

Alexander Lukashenko stressed that the commitment of the personnel and the efforts to promote national art will be always praised in the society.
