Belarus reports 632 new COVID-19 cases, 449 recoveries in past 24 hours

MINSK, 31 May (BelTA) – Belarus confirmed 632 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours; another 449 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospital, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.

The nationwide coronavirus tally now stands at 394,439 cases. A total of 385,382 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered in Belarus.

As many as 2,851 COVID-19 patients have died since the infection outbreak in Belarus.

All in all, Belarus performed 6,335,432 tests, including 11,760 tests in the past 24 hours.

More than 525,000 Belarusians have already received the first dose of the vaccine and over 296,000 have already got both shots.
