Belarus’ Kino-Mo in USA Today’s top 10 projects

MINSK, 10 January (BelTA) – The Belarusian project Kino-Mo is in the list of the top ten projects picked by USA Today, the website of the newspaper reads.

Journalists of the popular U.S. media outlet visited the CES 2017 expo in Las Vegas featuring more than 20,000 new gadgets from all over the world and picked their top ten. The Kino-Mo project by Art Stavenka and Kiryl Chykeyuk of Belarus is in the list.

The device designed by the two Belarusians produces incredibly colorful floating in mid-air 3D visuals. Such displays are rather cost-effective. The devices can be networked and controlled remotely, and enable the wireless transfer of images. The project of Art Stavenka and Kiryl Chykeyuk won the contest of the company Virgin Media founded by billionaire Richard Branson. The company of the Belarusian designers later concluded one more investment contract with billionaire Mark Cuban whose investment portfolio includes more than 50 companies.
