Belarus Eurovision 2016 national selection finalists to release presentation videos 15 January

MINSK, 15 January (BelTA) – The first presentation videos of the finalists of Belarus’ national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 will be released on 15 January, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Belarusian TV and Radio Company.

"The media holding’s project crew continues working on the finalists’ presentation videos that will be broadcast by the Belarus One and Belarus 24 TV channels ahead of the final and during the gala concert. The first presentation videos will be shown as part of the TV show Dobrai Ranitsy, Belarus (Good Morning, Belarus) on 15 January," the press service said.

The final of the national selection is scheduled for 22 January.

The gala concert which is promised to be a spectacular show will take place at the studio 600 Meters of the Belarusian TV and Radio Company.
 
Individual studio rehearsals of the finalists will begin on 20 January. Dress rehearsals are scheduled for 21 and 22 January.

The show presenters will be Olga Ryzhikova and Teo who will also present their new duet song during the show.

The finale will feature ten singers. Following the draw, the contestants will perform in the following order: 1. Aleksei Gross 2. Sasha Zakharik 3. Valeria Sadovskaya 4. Radiovolna band 5. THE EM band; 6. NAVI band 7. Sasha Ivanov 8. Anastasia Mlashkevich 9. Kirill Yermakov 10. NAPOLI.

For the first time, the winner of the national selection contest will be determined by the audience via a telephone and text message voting during the show which will be broadcast live by the Belarus 1 and Belarus 24 TV channels, and also online on the websites of the Belarusian TV and Radio Company (tvr.by) and the European Broadcasting Union (eurovision.tv). The show will start at 22.00.
