Belarus' COVID-19 latest: 915 new cases, 1,250 recoveries

MINSK, 2 June (BelTA) – Belarus confirmed 915 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours; another 1,250 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospital, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.

The nationwide coronavirus tally now stands at 395,990 cases. A total of 387,338 patients previously diagnosed with COVID-19 have recovered in Belarus.

As many as 2,871 COVID-19 patients have died since the infection outbreak in Belarus.

All in all, Belarus performed 6,361,136 tests, including 17,636 tests in the past 24 hours.

More than 542,300 Belarusians have already received the first dose of the vaccine and over 297,100 have already got both shots.
