MINSK, 4 April (BelTA) - Alina Gornosko of Belarus won bronze in the Ribbons routine at the Grand Prix Marbella 2017, Spain, BelTA has learned.

The Belarusian athlete scored the total of 17,500 points to finish third. Aleksandra Soldatova of Russia claimed the victory with 19,200 points. The Russian also won the Individual All-Around gold. Alina Gornosko placed ninth in the overall standings. Leader of the Belarusian national team Yekaterina Galkina had to miss the event in Marbella due to an injury.

In the junior event, Yana Striga of Belarus clinched silver with the Ribbons, bronze medals with the Ball and the Clubs, and the Individual All-Around bronze.

The FIG World Cup in Pesaro, Italy is scheduled for 7-9 April.
