2016 Olympics: Belarus’ boxer Mikhail Dolgolevets into second qualifying round
MINSK, 8 August (BelTA) – Belarusian light-heavyweight Mikhail Dolgolevets secured a victory on points against Italy’s Valentino Manfredonia to progress into the second qualifying round at the 2016 Rio Games on 7 August, BelTA has learned.
He will next face 2012 Olympic bronze medalist Adilbek Niyazymbetov of Kazakhstan.
Belarus’ lightweight Pavel Kostromin lost to Thailand’s Saylom Ardee.
