Independence Day in Vitebsk

The celebrations in Vitebsk on the occasion of the country's Independence Day began with a ceremony in Victory Square. About 8,000 people participated in the meeting and the ceremony to lay flowers at the monument to the soldiers-liberators, partisans and underground movement members.
