Andreichenko: The parliament needs professionals who can address concrete issues

The parliament needs professionals who can address concrete issues, Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko told the media as he cast his vote at polling station No.507 in Minsk as part of the Belarusian parliamentary elections on 17 November.

“There should be professionals in the parliament, people with good life experience so that they do not engage in political criticism, but address concrete issues aimed at the development of our country,” said Vladimir Andreichenko. According to him, the MPs should focus on the priorities of the country's development. These are matters related to employment, ways to increase people’s incomes and the country’s exports, attract investments.

“Once these economic issues are solved, there will be political stability and development in the country,” the chairman of the House of Representatives said.
