Tarmo Krimm is the technical director of the show. He is from Estonia. Tarmo said he was in Belarus when a child. Back then he came here together with his father on a sightseeing tour. He said that he has sketchy recollections of the trip and that he now tries to recreate it by rediscovering the country that welcomed him with warmth and hospitality.

“Very little time is left. For me the most important thing is work, and it takes a lot of time and effort. In fact, I am responsible for everything that has to do with photography, sound, stage, video and light installations. I have worked at the senior Eurovision song contests and Olympic ceremonies on 12 occasions. The approaches are the same everywhere: it is important that everything runs on time, that the show produces a good TV picture. Such shows are preceded by numerous rehearsals. You need to consider everything. At first, we charted a plan. Now we are beginning to work with cameras, first with stand-ins and then with the participants of the contest. The main thing for us is to make sure that the artists feel comfortable on the stage and that the audience does not notice any technical overlays,” Tarmo Krimm said.
