Archbishop of Vitebsk and Orsha Dimitry wished Merry Christmas and presented gifts to patients of the Vitebsk Regional Maternity Hospital. Baby boy named Matvei was the first to be born in the hospital in the Christmas night at 3.50. He is 3.190kg big and 50cm high.
