A press briefing by the Alliance of Observation Missions in Minsk

Ten members of the group of international observers known as the Alliance of Observation Missions came to Belarus to monitor the presidential election campaign. Those included representatives of the European Institute Libertas (Germany), the European Foundation for Democracy (Belgium), and the European Democracy Institute (France).
